This is what has driven our teams since 1833.<br><br>Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.<br><br>But at the heart of our business is our people.<br><br><strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; as well as verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport.<br><br>This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and any other passenger issues in the airport, be enthusiastic and keep a positive attitude while offering assistance.</li><li>Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircrafts</li><li>Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.</li><li>Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).</li><li>Other responsibilities in the gate area include making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning seats.<br><br></li></ul><strong>United Airlines Side<br><br></strong><strong>Shift: 11:00AM-3:00PM<br><br></strong>Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
