At NVIDIA, we are seeking a high-energy and experienced distribution partner business manager with a successful history of leading Professional Visualization distribution partners. You will be responsible for running NVIDIA distribution partners in the Professional Visualization sector. The focus will be to help our Professional Visualization sector distributors understand the NVIDIA AI product portfolio, support them to identify and qualify partner sales opportunities. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA sales engineers, partner business managers, and end user sales leaders, to drive revenue through NVIDIA platform adoption.

The role has the primary objective to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota assignments for specified distribution partners. The partner business manager is responsible for growing the NVIDIA business in the assigned distribution partner. This includes the understanding of distributor business goals and requirements, and being involved in the presentation of NVIDIA product, solutions and technology propositions to distribution salespeople.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage interface between NVIDIA and Distributor.

  • Directly lead Distributors. Handle channel disputes as needed.

  • Ensure Distributors meet and exceed goals.

  • Understanding distributor business strategies. Communicating distributor business strategies to pertinent departments in NVIDIA.

  • Understanding and communicating NVIDIA value propositions (corporate, positioning, products, technologies, capabilities) to distributors and VARs.

  • Managing Distributor product focus.

  • Running quarterly and ad-hoc promotional activities at distributor.

  • Training distributor salespeople.

What we need to see:

  • Minimum (8) years related experience in channel account sales management.

  • BA (or equivalent experience), MBA is a plus

  • Experience managing distribution channel accounts is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with channel partner accounts.

  • Track record of strong sales in compute and storage products.

  • Strong team-selling skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Understanding of data science workflows and generative AI's effect on the Professional Visualization sector channel.

  • A strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to a distributor sales, technical and executive teams.

  • Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy

  • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology based solutions.

  • Specific experience and relationships within key Professional Visualization sector distributors and the ability growth their revenue.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
