Job Duties: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping flooring. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Clean break rooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace liners and clean receptacles as necessary. Dusting and cleaning furniture. Cleaning windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.

Job Requirements: Dependable and Flexible, good communication skills, have an open schedule willing to work weekends

Prefer 1 Year Day Porter / Janitorial Experience

Able to lift 30 lbs.

Part-Time

28 HRS Week

Saturday- 9am - 4:30pm

Sunday - 9am -4:30pm

Tuesday - 9am -4:30pm

Thursday - 9am -4:30pm

Deberes de Trabajo: Aspirado, barrido y trapeado de pisos. Limpiar y desinfectar baños. Limpiar las salas de descanso. Reponer suministros en baños, salas de descanso y áreas comunes. Vacíar todos los botes de basura y reemplace las bolsas, limpiar los receptáculos según sea necesario. Desempolvado y limpieza de muebles. Limpieza de antepechos y ventanas. Mantenga los armarios del conserje de manera limpia, organizada y segura.

Requisitos de trabajo: Confiable y respnsable con buena capacidad de comunicación tener un horario flexible: abierto para trabajar los fines de semana. Preferible 1 año de experiencia en portería / conserjería capaz de levantar 30 libras.
