Our Management, Community Support, Accounting, and Maintenance Departments work cooperatively, as well as collaboratively to ensure success and satisfaction for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CAMS is looking for a seasoned customer service professional to work as a call center agent on a part-time, steady basis. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position is work from home as long as you live in North Carolina or South Carolina. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mon- 8:30am-5:00pm</strong> (w/30 min lunch), <strong>Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm (</strong>w/ 15 min break) = <strong>TOTAL: 28 hours</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay is $15.00 per hour. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain superior customer service levels and productivity according to company standards</li><li>Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers</li><li>Effectively handle inbound customer service calls</li><li>Make notes/send emails to record customer interactions in a professional manner</li><li>Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to customer concerns</li><li>Operate in a fast-paced environment using telephone software and custom computer programs</li><li>Identify and resolve a wide variety of customer service issues related to property management</li><li>Perform other duties as it relates to client services process and procedures </li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Must have the ability to thrive in a team environment</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment</li><li>Desire to learn about the property management industry</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus</li></ul>
