<strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>The <strong>Paid Search Specialist</strong> will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Connexity. This role is crucial for delivering profitable campaign performance, ensuring ads are effectively targeting relevant customers, and serving as the primary executor of our paid search strategy. You will be managing daily and monthly budgets, writing and developing ads, maintaining product feeds, and doing data analysis and reporting within the UI.<br><br>You will work on a team of other paid search specialists who report to a Manager of Paid Search. Complimentary teams like Data Science and Marketing Analytics will work alongside the Paid Search team for reporting and experimentation.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>As a Paid Search Specialist You Will:<br><br><ul><li>Work with team members in the day-to-day management of our paid text and shopping campaigns in Google and Bing.</li><li>Perform ongoing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads account maintenance. For example, monitoring and editing DSA Ads or reviewing tROAS performance.</li><li>Research, propose, and test new marketing strategies.</li><li>Create text ad copy in line with business and industry best practices.</li><li>Maintain our product shopping feeds to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot problems. </li><li>Work with our marketing data team to create paid search reports.</li><li>Monitor paid search campaigns results, make optimization recommendations, and implement changes. </li><li>Keep up to date with industry news and best practices. <br><br></li></ul>Physical Requirements<br><br><ul><li>Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.</li><li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.</li><li>Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.</li><li>Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.</li><li>Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Remote Work Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.</li><li>Access to a home router and modem.</li><li>A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).</li><li>A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.</li><li>The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.</li><li>Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in Paid Search (PPC) advertising</li><li>Hands-on experience creating & implementing search and shopping campaigns within Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads User Interfaces as well as their bulk ad editors</li><li>Working experience with Google Analytics and Excel<br><br></li></ul>Education<br><br>This role does not require a degree.
