New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a client located in Conroe, TX to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay: $18-$21/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional Saturday or Sunday availability required)

Summary:
Responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations by processing driver paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs), solid computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Process and verify driver paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Accurately enter detailed order and shipment information into internal systems
Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
Read and interpret detailed numbers and orders with a high level of accuracy
Support shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and correct documentation
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Be available for occasional weekend shifts as required

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Shipping and receiving experience required, especially with BOLs
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to read and communicate detailed information accurately
Forklift experience preferred; must be willing to become forklift certified
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
