<p><strong>What are important things that YOU need to know about this role? </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li><strong>Remote: </strong>This position is open to work remotely in any of the states listed above</li><li><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Open to internal candidates at this time only</li></ul><p><strong>What will YOU be doing for us?</strong>  <span> </span>Oversee the Network Development Team to ensure providers are contracted in accordance with client requirements.<span>   </span></p><p><strong>What will YOU be working on every day? </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:42px;"><li><span>Oversee Network Development department within the organization. Specifically focus on ensuring the company is adhering to client requirements as it pertains to the development - of provider networks.</span></li><li><span>Oversee staff responsible for the recruiting of all provider types.</span></li><li><span>Chart monthly progress by market and use statistical and geo reporting and analysis to ensure the company is meeting all provider network adequacy standards.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate contracting of providers including negotiating special financial and other terms as applicable.</span></li><li><span>Track campaign recruiting and contracting results and provide appropriate reports to internal and external stakeholders as needed.</span></li><li><span>Work in conjunction with Human Resources to evaluate viable candidates under consideration for hire by identifying necessary skills and core competencies for various roles, developing relevant interview questions to assess candidate knowledge, skill, and position fit with future growth and business objectives, and utilizing appropriate selection techniques.</span></li><li><span>Develop, and motivate staff. Provide regular and behaviorally specific feedback to increase performance levels.</span></li><li><span>Initiate and communicate a variety of personnel actions including employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans. </span></li><li><span>Utilize statistical techniques to analyze various sources of data to develop and maintain key performance metrics, evaluate trends, and to manage staff to appropriate metrics to drive behaviors.</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement appropriate training methods to ensure staff is provided with the appropriate tools to meet client requirements and objectives.</span></li><li><span>Oversee staff timecard and PTO requests to ensure timely and accurate reporting.</span></li><li><span>Identify areas for departmental efficiencies and workflow improvements and utilize resources to implement.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate and communicate with other departments as needed.</span></li></ul><p><strong>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related discipline (business, accounting, finance, economics) or equivalent internal work experience required</li><li>3 - 5 years of experience in a health care setting</li><li>3 - 5 years experience in a management capacity</li><li>Ability to organize work appropriately to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to successfully lead teams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to make appropriate decisions when faced with conflicting deadlines or needs.</li><li>Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).</li></ul><p><strong>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate? </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Advanced degree or relevant courses/certification</li><li>Experience with dental, medical and/or physical therapy administration</li><li>Experience in provider recruiting, contracting, or credentialing</li><li>Knowledge of standard dental, medical and/or therapy terminology. </li><li>Knowledge of Enterprise System</li></ul><p> </p><p><i>The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference.
