Marvelous Lights is one of the fastest-growing companies in the permanent lighting industry, transforming homes and businesses with year-round, programmable LED systems. We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Local Operator to take ownership of one of our local markets.

The Role

As a Local Operator, you’ll run your market like your own business. This hands-on leadership role starts in the field, learning installations, leading crews, and mastering sales.

This role starts hands-on, spending time in the field learning installations, leading crews, and mastering sales. As the market grows, the Operator transitions into running the business day-to-day: driving sales, managing profitability, building the team, and ensuring every project meets our quality and service standards.

What You’ll Do

● Build and lead local teams of installers and subcontractors

● Drive sales and market growth through referrals, partnerships, and community programs

● Oversee project quality, profitability, and scheduling

● Ensure 5-star customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards

● Represent Marvelous Lights and develop relationships with builders, HOAs, and local partners

● Experienced leader in trades, construction, or home services

● Comfortable working both in the field and managing operations

● Business-minded, motivated, and eager to grow into ownership

● Skilled at team leadership, recruiting, and financial oversight
