<p><span>The Loan Documentation & Process Team Coordinator is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.<span>  </span>Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.<span><span>                </span> </span><br /><br />Individual must be accountable, ethical, results oriented, trustworthy and credible.<span><span>                    </span> </span><span><span>                                                                                          </span></span></span><br /><br /><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.</li><li>Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operations environment.</li><li>Integrates a solid understanding of industry, business standards and practices of loan documentation <span>processes  </span></li><li>Applies professional judgment, analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement</li><li>Ability to lead and provide guidance to a small team</li><li>Deals with most loan related problems independently and has some latitude to resolve complex issues</li><li>Applies judgment when interpreting data, preparing reports, and presents findings to management with recommendations based on identified trends and facts</li><li>Designs and analyses complex reports often related, but not limited to loan documentation processes to satisfy management requirements and support/control activities</li><li>Participates in, and supports the implementation of, projects as assigned, applies project management skills to support initiatives</li><li>Interprets data and makes recommendations for the launch of new products/ services and upgraded platforms that loan <span>documentation/processing</span> functions</li><li>Demonstrates a understanding of the loan documentation processes to identify policy gaps and formulate policies to support the streamlining of related work processes</li><li>Minimizes risk to the bank through a solid understanding of procedural requirements -
