Our client is a fast-growing global organization with a mission to become a worldwide leader in engineering and technical consulting. Its marketing team drives brand storytelling across diverse international markets, ensuring consistent, creative, and impactful communications.<br><br>We are looking for a <strong>Junior Creative Designer</strong> to join the global marketing team on a contract basis to support the migration of marketing collateral to Foleon, an online content creation platform. You will play a key role in reimagining and rebuilding our digital assets within Foleon, ensuring everything aligns with the brand guidelines and delivers a consistent, high-quality user experience.<br><br>This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer with strong digital design skills and a passion for creating engaging online content.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support the migration of existing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, PDFs, etc.) into the Foleon platform;</li><li>Design and adapt layouts, graphics, and visual elements to suit digital formats and responsive design principles;</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all migrated assets;</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, content, and teams to understand requirements and optimise visual presentation;</li><li>Test and review final outputs in Foleon to ensure functionality and visual integrity;</li><li>Provide feedback and ideas to improve templates, layouts, and workflows within Foleon.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>1–3 years of professional design experience;</li><li>Prior experience with Foleon or similar content creation platforms (e.g., Ceros, Canva, Mailchimp, Webflow, etc.);</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;</li><li>Experience working within established brand guidelines;</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);</li><li>Experience creating and designing digital content such as web pages, interactive brochures, or online presentations;</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design principles;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency;</li><li>Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.<br><br></li></ul>Bonus points for<br><br>We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to<br><br><ul><li>A 3-month contract with potential extension;</li><li>Remote, full-time position;</li><li>Flexible schedule;</li><li>People-oriented management with no bureaucracy;</li><li>Competitive compensation;</li><li>A professional, friendly, and collaborative team;</li><li>Full accounting and legal support.</li></ul>
