  • Perform other duties as assigned, including opportunities to cross-train in related functions (e.g., cabin cleaning, cargo handling, or passenger services), broadening your experience and advancing your aviation career.
  • Engage in physical activity, including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling, for extended periods of time.
  • Safely handle up to 70 pounds regularly and ascend/descend jetway stairs while carrying baggage.
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather and around active aircraft and machinery.
  • As you gain experience and complete cross-training, you'll have the opportunity to progress into positions such as Lead Agent, Trainer, or Operations Supervisor — or expand your career into dnata's cargo, passenger service, or flight operations divisions. Many of our leaders began right here on the ramp.
