Our team provides the following services:<br><ul><li>Global benefits and total rewards consulting advice</li><li>Global mobility consulting and services</li><li>GVISOR - Research & Information services from country manuals to compliance news and alerts around the world</li></ul><br>We also host the most prestigious and longest running HR conference on international employee benefits in the world.<br><br>Position Summary: <br><br>Provides global total rewards management consulting services for assigned multinational client accounts of moderate to high complexity. Offers tactical guidance based on subject matter expertise as well as manages client projects for local country benefits - statutory, mandatory and supplemental. Responsible for managing and coordinating the following consulting services: benchmarking, renewal management, marketing coordination, mergers & acquisition support, compliance reviews and multinational pooling management. Liaises with benefit brokers and vendors to provide these services. Acts as an extension of the client's staff, fielding day-to-day questions regarding non-US employees. Manages delivery of the determined service plan. Produces and presents client-facing documents. Leads client meetings and conference calls. Manages an international desk with numerous ongoing projects in a fast-paced client services environment.<br><br>Essential Duties:<br><ul><li>Focuses on retention of existing accounts by maintaining day-to-day client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction</li><li>Presents strategic initiatives to Area Vice President for consideration and deliver recommended solutions</li><li>Works successfully in a team-based environment, collaborative and accountable while working predominately independently</li><li>Provides day-to-day management of in-country benefits including international health & welfare plans (life, accident, short and long term disability, workers compensation, medical, dental, vision and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites and other HR-related issues</li><li>Identifying, researching, and coordinating internal/external resources in order to resolve a wide range of international HR-related issues</li><li>Coordinating the activities of local brokers in obtaining insurance quotations for plans in locations around the world</li><li>Developing recommendations to modify existing local benefit plans, implement new plans, and design benefits packages for start-up operations</li><li>Managing multiple projects while ensuring the quality and timeliness of client deliverables</li><li>Communicating complex matters clearly and concisely to clients and participating in client calls and meetings as necessary </li><li>Collaborates with other team members to recommend solutions/provide technical reports on various client issues </li><li>Completes analysis, data collection, market practice comparisons, drafting of presentations, and work directly with vendors on benefits-related projects</li><li>Delegates to and reviews project work of more junior colleagues, but no formal supervisory responsibility </li><li>Participates in the development of the department's products and services offerings</li><li>Keeps abreast of all relevant laws and emerging regulations and trends</li><li>Will support on key projects and may lead smaller projects </li><li>Attends available training classes.</li><li>Participates in industry related educational and product information seminars and courses.</li><li>Assists, educates and develops other team members in new client engagements and existing client service requirements.</li></ul> <br><strong>About You</strong><br><br>Required: <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 4 years client consulting & international benefits experience required.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Advanced skills in MS Excel.</li><li>Client account management experience. </li><li>Excellent project management skills.</li><li>Effective time management skills.</li><li>Professional demeanor in attire, speech, and mannerisms.</li><li>Work history in some sector of the insurance industry.</li><li>Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion.</li></ul><br><br>Desired:<br><ul><li>Experience in Global Employee Benefits Industry desired.</li><li>Solid business acumen. </li><li>Experience with implementing retirement/pension programs a plus.</li><li>Financial Analyst or Actuarial experience desirable. </li><li>Specialized knowledge in a global region (Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA); Asia/Pacific; Latin America) strongly preferred.</li><li>Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal.</li><li>Fluency in foreign languages desirable.</li><li>Insurance brokerage license in state of residence (including Health and Life/Accident).</li></ul> <br><B>Compensation and benefits</B><br><br>We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
