Inside Account Representative (m/f/d)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Description -</b></p><p>The Inside Account Representative (IAR) partners with the Account Executive (AE) to retain recurring revenue and create new opportunities with existing or new accounts.</p><p>In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales process—primarily for transactional opportunities - while supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Achieve sales quotas and maintain pipeline health.</p></li><li><p>Manage account relationships and drive business growth.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the AE to nurture new business and manage account strategy.</p></li><li><p>Engage with various stakeholders, including customer teams, internal coordinators, and sales specialists using HP’s remote sales capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure successful solution implementation and support product adoption.</p></li><li><p>Identify expand opportunities and collaborate with AE/partners in account planning.</p></li><li><p>Independently drive lower value and transactional deals from qualification to close, with a focus on portfolio expansion.</p></li><li><p>Assist or lead activities related to product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, CPQ management, and catalogue updates.</p></li><li><p>Manage and support the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solutioning, sales closure, and technical demos.</p></li><li><p>Support account relationships to drive sales and ensure pipeline management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education & Experience Recommended</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in sales and account management.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and program management skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting account teams, managing pipelines, and driving transactional deals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge & Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in managing end-to-end sales processes.</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in contractual/services selling and driving recurring revenue.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify opportunities and align with strategic plans.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in digital and remote selling.</p></li><li><p>Experience with cross-selling and up-selling techniques to drive profitability and enhance customer experience</p></li><li><p>Self-motivation and proactive approach to prospecting and business development</p></li><li><p><b>New Technology and AI</b>: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">technologies—especially</span> AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity.
