About the role

The Healthcare Analytics Specialist at Swoop will be a key contributor to our Product Innovation Team, leveraging diverse healthcare and non-healthcare data assets — including claims (RWD), social determinants of health (SDOH), and user-generated content (UGC) — to deliver actionable insights. This role supports strategic innovation and evaluates the impact of campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Conduct day-to-day data analysis using SQL to extract and interpret complex data from diverse sources.
  • Develop and maintain analytical reports to support both short-term requests and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business units, to drive data exploration and innovation.
  • Measure and report the impact and performance of Swoop’s campaigns and community activities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovate and propose new methodologies to enhance data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, contributing to the organization’s success and strategic growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an SQL analyst
  • An understanding of healthcare data and the healthcare industry
  • Experience with large data sets and data infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Curiosity and passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations

The pay range for this role is:
