This role is responsible for producing aesthetically pleasing designs and marketing assets that attract, win and retain business relationships. To find success, this person must be an experienced designer with an eye for detail and strong communication skills.<br><br><ul><li> Champion the visual brand to ensure a consistent experience across all channels</li><li> Develop and design marketing concepts, campaigns and creative assets that bring our brand to life, including digital marketing, social media, landing pages, presentations, physical event assets, print and more</li><li> Analyze marketing briefs and translate them into executable and on-brand creative assets</li><li> Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul>Typical schedule for this position is 9 a.m. CT to 5:30 p.m. CT. 15% nationwide travel for department meetings/conferences.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong>Years of Experience:<br><br><ul><li> 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design . Degree:</li><li> Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Graphic Design or related field . Certification: N/A . Skills & Abilities:</li><li> Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint and with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li> Experience working with Content Management Systems</li><li> Experience working across print, web, and interactive media.</li><li> Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS</li><li> Team player with the ability to bring creative energy, share thoughts and ideas, and possess a positive attitude.</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay Range<br><br></strong>$58,000-$73,000 per year<br><br><strong>Compensation & Benefits<br><br></strong>The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.
