Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Identify and analyze new Government Account opportunities that create value and represent long term growth.<br>• Own assigned Government Accounts and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level<br><br>differentiation targeted at driving public sector growth.<br>• Prepare, structure, and successfully negotiate new business proposals and integrate contractual requirements within business operating system to ensure compliance and execution.<br>• Meet with all stakeholder communities that are connected to the success of each Government Account.<br>• Provide forward looking communication to the broader commercial sales organization to ensure strategic alignment<br><br>and adherence to contractual terms across the channel.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company level engagement for each Government Account.<br>• Communicate progress toward business development milestones and government growth to company management.<br>• Attend meetings to promote strategic capabilities and drive contract uptake across the market.<br>• Lead the development and implementation of key government and public sector presentations.<br>• Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.<br>• Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.<br>• Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements<br>• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA preferred<br>• Experience: 3 or more years of experience required in business development and strategic level relationships, or other<br><br>relevant experience<br>• Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills<br>• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SalesForce
