alignment with total reward colleague engagement and experience principles.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Act as a key leader in global communication plans, particulary the annual benefits open enrollment/flex window for actve and retired colleagues, and continually assessing the plan’s effectiveness through rigorous data analytics and feedback loops.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Regularly audit and enhance digital communication platforms, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, relevant, and user-friendly.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Utilize analytical insights to identify gaps and opportunities, driving
