Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices and handle transactions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate pricing and cash handling
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations for handling transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory organization
