<em>This is an hourly role based in the San Francisco area, requiring availability to support both partial and full-day local events 1 - 2 times per month. In addition, the role includes travel 1–2 times per month to support events in </em><strong><em>Oakley, San Jose and Sacramento</em></strong><em>. Bisnow will provide a calendar of all event dates in advance. At Bisnow, we love to think globally, but connect and inform our audience hyper-locally.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market</li><li>Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smoothly from start to finish</li><li>Participate in a 30 minute pre-event call before every event to review details. </li><li>Work with Event Managers to ensure venues, audiovisual, catering and party rental are all confirmed prior to the event</li><li>Pick up name badges prior to the event and set up registration the day before every event</li><li>Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s square account</li><li>Store all Bisnow event inventory (includes but is not limited to signs, lanyards, label printer, pop up banners, etc.)</li><li>Bring and set up event signage and materials to the event space prior to the start of the event and ensure that all is safely removed from the event once concluded</li><li>Coordinate with Bisnow Clients who are sponsoring the event to ensure that they are pleased and supported throughout the event</li><li>Work with party rental vendors to set up stage, chairs, tables, etc. (raw space events only)</li><li>Be aware of your surroundings at all times to provide an A++ attendee experience- this includes coffee, food, music, trash cans, etc<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<br><br></strong><ul><li>1 - 3 years of Event Coordination & Registration experience</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, self discipline, organized and ambitious work ethic</li><li>A positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills</li><li>Ability to work with a high-energy, sales-team<br><br><br></li></ul>Get to know our teams! < Click here for more info about Bisnow, Biscred & SelectLeaders!<br><br>Before applying, please read our values below.
