Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on flights.
  • Assist passengers in boarding and deplaning the aircraft.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and present safety briefings to passengers.
  • Serve food and beverages during flights while ensuring dietary restrictions are managed.
  • Manage in-flight entertainment systems and assist passengers with their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight crew to maintain a positive and efficient cabin environment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in at least one language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to travel and adapt to diverse cultures.
