The Role: As a Flight Attendant at JSX, you will have the crucial responsibility of creating a simple, reliable, and joyful travel experience for every customer while maintaining the highest safety standards. This role is foundational in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety by providing attentive service, clear safety instructions, and expert handling of any in-flight situations. You will be trained to expertly operate cabin equipment and controls, and you will be knowledgeable about safety protocols including emergency procedures such as ditching and evacuation, specifically for passengers requiring special assistance. Your day will start by preparing the aircraft, ensuring it is clean, fully stocked, and safe for boarding. During pre-flight, you will conduct safety briefings, secure the cabin, and liaise with the Captain to confirm readiness for departure. Throughout the flight, you will maintain vigilance while providing exceptional customer service. This role demands adaptability, accountability, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to customer service.
