About the position

The Financial Management Associate position at Lockheed Martin is a full-time remote role focused on supporting financial systems and processes within the organization. The role involves developing and maintaining SAP documentation, supporting system implementation activities, and ensuring alignment of business processes with SAP functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to collaborate across various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAP Activity Scripts documenting functional business design.
  • Create SAP Functional Specifications that outline functional requirements for technical design and development.
  • Document SAP Business Process Procedures with detailed process descriptions and flows.
  • Define SAP Business Roles and applicable SAP transaction codes.
  • Support system implementation activities for new businesses or system upgrades.
  • Provide SAP help desk support.
  • Align RMS, MFC & International business processes with SAP system functionality.
  • Assist with weekly process and interface issues.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain Master Data.
  • Act as a functional tester for related system changes.

Requirements

  • Experience with implementation and/or transition processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong analytical skills related to financial systems.
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
