Job Description As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for ensuring Disney+ and other streaming service users receive timely, accurate, and respectful assistance. You will interact with a wide range of viewers who reflect the vibrant diversity of our global fan base. You will solve technical problems, answer account-related questions, and provide proactive solutions to enhance the guest experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to elevate the voice of the viewer while continuously improving support resources and tools.
