Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for clients. Continuously stay updated on the latest AI and cross-platform technologies to provide the best support to clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to effectively communicate client needs and feedback. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Conduct product demos and trainings for clients to help them maximize the use of IBM's solutions. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to colleagues and team members. Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution. Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and stakeholders. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical support strategies. Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to make recommendations for product improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
