EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a  Customer Service Representative.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for 
processing incoming orders and arranging for shipment of EAM Mosca's products 
including machines, strap, and/or spare parts.
 
Primary Responsibilities Include: 
  • Confer with customers to provide information about products or services,
  • product availability, enter orders and obtain details of complaints.
  • Inform customers of order information, such as product availability, shipping 
  • dates, and any anticipated delays.
  • Monitor timely order fulfillment and Shipping with Warehouse and Logistics
  • Departments.
  • Work with freight forwarders, transportation companies, courier companies to 
  • obtain freight quotes, schedule pick-up appointments, and make general 
  • shipping arrangements.
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other customer required
  • documentation.

Requirements/Experience 
  • Customer Service Experienced required. Candidates with Customer Service 
  • Experience in a fast paced, business to business sales environment preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in 
  • lieu of education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required. Experience with Salesforce 
  • a plus.
