Overview:

This is your opportunity to join Arqai, a privately-owned collection of (4) Smart Home companies in Florida. We are currently hiring Customer Scheduling Agents in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities: This position centers on scheduling customer appointments and coordinating Technicians’ daily assignments accordingly. Incumbents inspect orders for accuracy and follow up with internal sources to ensure precision. Agents assist the Help Desk team by handling Tier 1 support tasks, scheduling work orders, and offering support plan options to customers.

Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)
