Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Advisor to join our Amazon Business team, specializing in the commercial sector. In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing processes through Amazon Business. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of Amazons B2B services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs within the commercial sector and provide relevant solutions through Amazon Business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on Amazon Business features such as bulk purchasing, analytics tools, and integration with procurement systems.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer growth and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of Amazon Business services.
