We are seeking a Construction Laborer to support our Project Managers in maintaining our project job sites to a safe and presentable standard.


Experience

  • Must have at least two years' experience in a laborer's position
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record - REQUIRED

Expectations

  • Job site cleanup
  • Clear debris and haul to dump
  • Pick up materials and deliver to job sites
  • Minor demolition as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Physical Requirements

  • Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and climb, (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances
  • Able to drive and have access to reliable transportation to get to our headquarters and client sites within 30 minutes driving of headquarters.

  • Full-time, direct-hire position located at one of our Bay Area job sites.
  • Conrado provides employees and their dependents medical/dental/vision coverage with PPO and HSA plans, with an added benefit of a Premium Only Plan.
  • Annual discretionary performance-based bonus; vacation and sick time; annual company holidays; 401(k) with company match, and additional discretionary contribution.
  • The base salary range for this role is between $20-$27/hour.
