Job Description:

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact commercial and marketing programmes, with a key focus on a major branding project.
  • Align multiple projects to strategic business objectives, driving growth and commercial success.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and governance to ensure programmes deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to maximise efficiency and performance.
  • Track and report on progress, highlighting outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Champion continuous improvement across all programme management processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional branding programmes with a focus on commercial or marketing initiatives.
  • Strong background in programme governance, planning, and delivery at scale.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, with demonstrable impact on revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with risk management, change management, and budget oversight.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to oversee a variety of commercial programmes outside core marketing.
  • Proficiency in programme/project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, PMO frameworks).
  • Experience in a matrix structured B2B/B2C SaaS organisation is highly desirable.
