<p>Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking its next Allstar Client Services Representative to join our award-winning team! This position is fully remote and part of our overnight shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a motivated professional with powerful interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a self-starter mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and takes pride in representing one of Florida’s top injury law firms.</p><p><br></p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Answer inbound calls within our call center, assisting both clients and non-clients with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Engage with callers regarding potential new cases and provide accurate information.</li><li>Enter data for new clients by creating case files and populating required fields in our internal database.</li><li>Schedule appointments for new clients to meet with a field investigator or sign up digitally.</li><li>Forward calls to appropriate firm personnel when necessary.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail on all calls and data entry tasks.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and active listening skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.</li><li>Must be dependable and punctual for the overnight shift (10 PM – 7 AM).</li></ul><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong><ul><li>Competitive pay + bonus opportunities.</li><li>Comprehensive training and ongoing support.</li><li>Opportunity to represent one of the most recognized and respected law firms in Florida—all from the comfort of home.</li></ul><p><br></p>
