Attention to detail, organization, and communication will be key qualities that will make someone successful in this position. This position will promote a remote OR office work environments.</span></p><p></p><p><b>A Day in the Life</b></p><ul><li>Produces 3D models of site plans for use in GPS Machine Control and site staking/layout equipment.</li><li>Identify conflicts in design data for early resolution.</li><li>Strong understanding and working knowledge of civil and commercial construction drawings/plans.</li><li>Maintain standard data workflow process.</li><li>Prepares project take-offs for estimating teams in both our earthwork and utility groups.</li><li>Prepares conducted surveys for earthwork quantity reporting and as-builts.</li><li>Produce quantity reports for project managers and site superintendents.</li><li>Process and prepares 3D point cloud drone data for earthwork quantities to project teams.</li><li>Highly organized data structure and attention to detail.</li><li>Communicate with team on project updates.</li><li>Standardization of 3D Models received from engineers</li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need</b></p><ul><li>Two years’ minimum related experience or related experience.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Working knowledge of Trimble software, including Trimble Business Center, Agtek, AutoCAD Civil 3D software suite and drone processing software preferred.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. Must clearly communicate directions and information to all levels of management, employees, vendors, and business associates.
