Are you passionate about IT process automation using cutting edge tooling platforms?<br><br>We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Specialist to: <br>• Analyze data processing incidents to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems. <br>• Ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications meet the highest production quality standards. <br>• Triage with required stakeholders, including support groups, vendors, and third-party suppliers to ensure stability and availability of our firm's suite of applications. <br>• Contribute domain knowledge and expertise and technical knowledge and expertise to the management of existing and/or new computer systems and services. <br>• Prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency. <br>• Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements. <br>• Assist with planning, patching, and other IT infrastructure related projects. <br>• Contribute to automating manual processes. <br>• Support problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don't reoccur. <br>• Participate in application telemetry and automation initiatives to achieve service excellence. <br>• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).<br><br>Qualified Applicants apply through SH-ProfRecruitingcc@ubs.com.
