This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building to make a real impact on patients’ lives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>* <strong>Provide exceptional service:</strong> Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting patients with billing and payment questions and options.<br>* <strong>Resolve issues efficiently:</strong> Use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate, timely solutions within a fast-paced environment while adhering to compliance and company standards.</p><p>* <strong>Navigate multiple systems:</strong> Find answers and details via multiple systems about the patient’s account while assisting patients with complex inquiries.<br>* <strong>Collaborate and document:</strong> Maintain thorough notes on all interactions, support teammates, and mentor new representatives as needed.<br>* <strong>Promote our values:</strong> Build positive relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues while fostering teamwork and integrity.</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>  Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems with ease</li><li>Experience working in medical systems, preferably billing systems</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook,Teams)</li><li>A positive, professional attitude with self-motivation to succeed</li><li>Capacity to interpret written, oral, and visual instructions</li><li>Experience working remotely</li><li>Ability to pass the ACA certification tests when you become eligible</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients is a plus</li></ul>
