Description: • $4,000 Base + Commission | OTE $6,000–$8,000+ • Do not apply if you have less than 2 years of experience booking qualified calls via phone for high-ticket offers. This is not a beginner role, and not a DM/chat setting position. We’re hiring pros. • About the Role: We’re hiring an experienced Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team at eCom Babes. • This is a phone-based role, not DMs, not social outreach. You'll be responsible for calling inbound leads, qualifying them, and booking high-quality sales calls into our closers’ calendars. • Leads come from a steady flow of applications, opt-ins, and LTO signups. You’ll take full ownership of the top of the funnel: managing follow-ups, organizing pipeline flow in the CRM, and consistently hitting booking and show-up targets. • This role requires clarity, confidence, and professionalism on the phone. If you’ve set for high-ticket coaching or consulting programs before, you’ll feel right at home. • What You’ll Be Doing: - Calling and following up with warm inbound leads (no cold calling) - Asking qualifying questions to identify buying intent and fit - Booking sales calls directly into the closers’ calendar - Managing pipeline in the CRM, including follow-ups and pipeline clean-up - Re-engaging old leads and no-shows via phone and voice note - Tracking your metrics and reporting on booking/show-up performance - Meeting or exceeding weekly activity and call volume targets • What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years experience as a phone-based appointment setter or SDR - Proven success setting qualified calls for coaching, consulting, or digital programs - Excellent spoken English and clear phone presence - Strong CRM hygiene and organization skills - Reliable availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST) - Self-managed, professional, and accountable to results - Comfortable with high volume • Compensation: - $4,000/month base salary - Performance-based commission - On-target earnings: $6,000–$8,000+/month - Fully remote, long-term role • To Apply: The instructions to submit a 2-3 minute video introducing yourself and answering: ... • About Us: About eCom Babes...
