Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.</p><p><strong>Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please</strong>, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:</p><p></p><ul> <li>Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (<a href="http://apollo.io/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">Apollo.io</a>) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences daily.</li> <li>Keeping Hubspot CRM updated.</li> <li>Making 100 phone calls daily.</li> <li>High-touch manual outreach.</li> <li>Manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn.</li> <li>Tracking activities daily in a scorecard.</li> <li>Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team.</li> <li>Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach.</li> <li>Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services).</li> <li>Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.</li> <li>Experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools.</li> <li>1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointments.</li> <li>Independent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills.
