Responsibilities

What You'll Do

General Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Drive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costs
  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managers
  • Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards


Role-Specific Responsibilities:
    • Manager
      • Assists with front-of-house leadership and guest satisfaction
      • Ensures smooth shift execution and staff engagement
      • Supports scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
    • Assistant General Manager
      • Supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
      • Helps drive team culture and performance
      • Acts as a key leadership contact for daily execution
    • Kitchen Manager
      • Oversees back-of-house operations and food quality standards
      • Trains and leads kitchen staff in execution, cleanliness, and speed
      • Partners closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless service


Qualifications

What We're Looking For
    • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management
    • Full-service dining experience preferred
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead a team in a high-paced environment
