What Youll Do as an A&P Technician:

  • Maintain and repair aircraft components.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

What Youll Need to Be Successful:

  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Minimum 2 years experience working on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military), with business aircraft experience.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing mechanical engineering drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain a basic hand tool set (must have your own tools)
  • Willingness to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if required
