As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives. <br><br>Our <strong>MSP </strong><strong>Operations Manager</strong> is accountable for: <br><ul><li> Managing escalations and operations, and meeting KPIs and SLAs </li><li> High level problem solving, supplier management, and program compliance </li><li> Assisting with SOW management and processing </li><li> Running performance reports via MS Excel </li></ul><ul><li>Managing a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants</li></ul><br><strong>Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:</strong> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>SOW experience is required</li><li>Experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data</li><li>Strong ability to drive positive results and retain focus and motivation to ensure consistent output</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making</li><li>Excellent time management and organization skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers and colleagues on projects, solutions, and issues</li><li>Strong people management skills with the ability to put trust and empowerment in all reports</li><li>Independent and strategic thinker</li></ul><br>Seeking minimum of 7 years of MSP account management, operations, or service delivery in a customer account. <br><br>Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
